Who is Scratchers Creek? We are a group of family owned cattle farms that specialize in providing fresh farm to table meats, free from any additives, growth hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is pasture raised with care on our own farms and processed locally to insure its freshness. During processing, all of our meat is vacuum sealed immediately after cutting to insure that freshness is captured and ready for you when ever you choose to enjoy our outstanding meats.
